PocketPay.ME Acceptable Use Policy

Hosted Concepts LLC provides payment services, known as "PocketPay.ME", which are to be used in conjunction with a valid ProPay® account.

You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of "PocketPay.ME". In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Activities
You may not use the "PocketPay.ME" service for any activities that:
  1. Violate your Payment Services Agreement with ProPay®, Inc. "PocketPay.ME" can only be used by a valid ProPay® Account Holder, and all ProPay® Account Holders must agree to the Payment Services Agreement.

  2. Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
